Ms. Brewer has served as Fiscal Officer for the City of Kingston for 27 years and periodically serves as Acting City Manager in the absence of the City Manager. She is a member of the Tennessee Government Finance Officers, a member of Who’s Who in Executives & Professionals 2003-2004

Carolyn is a member of the Tennessee Financial Officers Association; Local Executive Women; Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals 2003-2004; and the Auxiliary of Gideon’s International. She serves as organist and choir member at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Kingston.
